Arrested him when his hearing came up judge gave him probation. They said the jails are over crowded. You can't win. The dealers know they are not going to spend much time if any. Thats the way the world is.

And how come they dont enforce the tint law in the city! I pulled up at a light and a mexican rolled down his window and i saw before he rolled it back up he was smoleing weed!
