;^D It was the original story when it broke on Knoxnews.com ...I'll try and find it when I finish this project...last time I was there, the fued was brewing, and a LOT of stuff had been removed. There are places where posts were that simply say "this post has been removed." I guess it got ugly.

Aye, I went over there, hunted around ...but could not find anything dealing with this case. So gave up...a bit to yuppie for me.

Aye, if you and your's go through Topanga Canyon, you then should go up to the park and take a walk about. Is so beautiful. I use to live in a home at the parks entrance. It was tore down many a decade ago....but I would wake up in the morning and walk out across the park. So beautiful.

My hang on Sundays was the Crazy Horse in Malibu. I went every Sunday the four years I was out there.

I love the beach up that way... I know where Sherman Oaks is....Cool beans.

Miss it all....so beautiful a land.

Do me a favor, look out over the ocean for me...and smile ... I will feel it...and know...it feels so good.

#4 With Micah's previous....hello, no record, the court works on a point system and the judges/prosecutors/defense/def ender work together to come to a point value that equals sentence, bail etc. Micah's history did not give the court nor prosecutor rise to keep him under lock and key. Since it seems that Micah's family and Amanda were all aware of his issues, they could have easily (like good ole' Britney) either placed him on a mental health hold or had him committed for a period of time. Often it is our system and their families/friends that have failed the mentally ill.
#6 We live in a country, with an administration that will leave us with thousands upon thousands of mentally ill Iraqi War veterans who will go untreated for many years to come. We need our country back and the welfare of our citizens. We are giving more to the Iraqi citizens than our own, actually Georgie boy is.

My sympathy to Carrie's family and to those who cared for Micah but unable to help him. I have nothing to say to Amanda, she has a lifetime to deal with and it seems obvious....to share her feelings just a bit too late.
