Any other man, whose name didn't begin with "Dr." would be behind bars. Just because this guy has a title, and a bank account, he gets to walk. It is not fair to us as a society to let him free, while so many others are jailed for lesser offenses. Shame on the prosecutor and judge who let "Doc Holiday" slide!

You can do almost anything you want: drive drunk, carry a concealed firearm, or threaten the life of the cop that’s arresting you; and you’ll get off with a slap on the wrist. It’s just the way it works here. And people wonder why there aren’t more DUI arrests. Wouldn’t it be ironic if a DUI driver collided into this guy some day.

Italian dentist might be not seeing professional here, you should ask him for compensation very strictly.
