Investigation into deputy-involved shooting in Lawndale continues

Sounds to me like a righteous killing to me! That's the end of it! Done! How many chances to stop and put the gun down to these jerks think they're allowed before the law officers shoot?? I was taught you stop when you hear it the first time. Idiots, just plain idiots that are raised by idiots.

his mother called the cops because he wasnt acting well, so when he left the house the cops followed him, since he kept on walking they started to shoot at him. they shot him more than 78 times. policies from norwalk,hawthorne,lennox,lawnd ale,gardena came.. what a big deal just for one guy! that's wrong, there were witness's that saw this.. every single one of them said he did nothing wrong. so dont say he was an idiot! polices take advantage of the fact that they can get away with things, every cop that shot at him there guns were taken away from them. why? because they did wrong. he has been begging for help, he needed a rehabilitation center but his parole refused to take him earlier that day, instead she wanted to come back the next day. now she denies ever going to the home of Juan Carlos Aguiar! this is wrongful death and justice MUST be served. OH AND ANOTHER THING, the cop wounded was wounded by Juan Carlos he was shot by ANOTHER police officer!!!!

For those people who believe such baloney from the media probably also believe those nonsense rumors about celebs too!

First off, yes his mother called the cops because the victim, Juan, thought someone was outside of his home. Therefore retrieving the gun for self protection in his mind.....Um, most of middle America folks have guns too for self protection! His mother was worried because she knew he was under the influence of something and had a weapon. She cared about his well being and didn't want anything bad to happen therefore called those who are suppose to protect and serve.

Second, the officer was shot by another fellow officer, not Juan Carlos Aguilar! His gun was on the ground when that occurred, but of course the media didn't say that did they! You only know what a representative of the department speaks of. Does it take four different city police departments to take one man on....one man on foot too???!!!

Third, if you were shot at over 30/40 times, I don't think you would be still either.

So unless you were there, don't be one to make such quick judgments just because you saw something on t.v. What if that was your son, brother, cousin, friend?...and others were saying, "Yeah, good he's dead!" Karma

This was a man who did have an addiction and was failed by not only himself, but the system as well. Sorry to say but incarceration does not get rid of some peoples' addiction.

Juan threw his gun on the ground and then thrusted himself onto the ground. We don't know if he was surrendering or not and probably will never know. However, since he thrusted himself forward, the officers assumed he was going after the gun and then proceeded to shoot him therefore killing him. I don't know people who surrender side ways, but naturally you go down forward with your hands up, but apparently the gun was also thrown forward too...and not off to the side; so bad incident.

Shame on those who speak of a man so ill-fully they had no clue about, but learned of him from 30 seconds of main stream television!

Juan Carlos Aguillar is where he belongs: 6 feet under.

u guys dont know shit this was my brother and wanted help from he P.O she came over the house that day at 5pm my brother told my mom to call his own P.O why becuse he knew he needed help because of the drug. off the bat my bro told here that he was under the onfluence of drugs RIGHT THERE AND THEN she should of took him away that was a violation. but no she didnt she replys that i was scared... thean maybe u should't be a Parole officer. my mom calls the cops for help ( who else can u call for help) i guess my brother leaves walking down prairie witness said and told me that he was hiding in a bush cops seen him and he started to run away cops automatically start to shot at his legs witness says he jumping and trying to dodge bullets he trys to surrender some how cops get the wrong idea and they get trigger happy and shot him more then 30 times. my brother didnt want to die he was trying to run not start sumthing he knows he cant finish. and now he didnt shot another cop and dont belive the media there full of bullshit and trying to cover it up CUZ THEY KNOW THEY FUCKED UP. cmon guys there was to many witnesses it happen on a MAIN boulavard. if this doesn't make sence well im sorry. i love u juan aguiar! justice must be done!!!!!!!!!!

Yo "brother" - first of all I'm sorry for your loss...but you probably lost your brother to drugs long before this incident. Your brother probably had some kind of death wish or he would have never continued using. If your own mom had to call the cops on him then basically your mom lost a handle on her son long before the cops had to get involved.

Lesson to be learned...don't smoke crack or do drugs...don't run from cops...cause you may get killed...and don't listen to the TV/radio...they only tell us what they want us to know!
