Is there a monument to the massacre in Colfax?

Yes there is. It's located near the Courthouse

It's up and still there. I've read some history about this event. Difficult to believe that humans could treat other humans in this way.

But the Bible says we are to forgive, otherwise we won't be forgiven.

And the race card has been played and used so many times it's nothing but a pile of powder. Racism comes from both sides and at this point in time more from one side than the other.

Time to move on..........I hear JESUS' footsteps drawing near. Best be ready, clean heart, following HIS directives.
