Judge it!
I was appalled reading the outcome of this accident. A man died due to an unlicensed driver & he is sited only for the license & failure to reduce speed & then bond is only $100!! He killed a man!! A man with a family,who would have celebrated fathers day this weekend,but that was taken from him & his family due to a man that should never have been driving in the first place. What do we have driving laws for anyway???
And where are the appropriate reprocussions for breaking those laws??? My prayers go out to the family for there terrible loss.

A 66-year-old Joliet man was killed Monday afternoon when his car was struck head-on by a semi truck near southwest suburban Lemont.
