just proves that anyone can be on council even if they have no idea what they are doing

The current chief is doing a fair job, since the Hill does seem to be anything like Lansford or Hollywood

The times I needed his help with an incident on the switchback when a smart ass riding his bike carrying a nunchuck started going nuts f-en me and say he was going to kill my dog.
Being a female along I had a right to walk my dog on the trail.
I left to voice mails to the Chief- I was so upset- he never returned a phone call.
I had to go to the Borough Office and ask the secretary to please contact him and see if he was going to do anything to help with the incident.
He finally called me then and said Yeah I got both messages and made a report. Then he asked me if I had my dog off leash. I said yes and he said Well you had your dog and this guy had his nunchuck.
I disliked him form that day on.
In other towns the Police chief would have arrested the person that did the threatening.
By the way he knew who the guy was- a little crappy dude with curly hair-glasses that did not own a car and biked the switchback to jim thorpe.
Next time anything happens like this and no help I am suing Summit Hill into bankruptcy. I am tired of these rejects in this small hoodlum town.
