Shamrock Texas Criminal Conspiracy

Here is a valid summary of what these criminally deranged lunatics in Shamrock Texas have done to a local business:

If YOUR bank (or ANY bank) loaned ME money and listed YOUR car as collateral to secure the note, they could NOT take YOUR car if I defaulted…

These people did exactly that. And, they have gotten away with it so far.

I guess the moral of the story is that, even if something’s done completely legally and someone else wants it, they CAN take anything at any time for no reason at all.

I just thought that you might get a laugh out of the crimes these people have committed with the assistance of Lynn Switzer's brand of "I do whatever I want to do and see whatever I want to see" justice.

If you've been following this story, you might be interested in seeing the document that I’ve linked to below. It’s a couple of years old and the lawyers have had it all along. Honest people have only just now managed to get an original copy and it SHOULD have been very important but, for whatever reason, nobody wanted to use it in the criminal case being discussed here in which an honest and innocent person was "convicted" of stealing from a business that he very clearly owned with full rights to his receivables. Texas is a throwback to the dark ages. Surprisingly enough, these people seem to be proud of their crimes. Why not? It works for them!

It's a "NO BRAINER" unless you are the Shamrock Texas EDC director and / or the district attorney for the 31st judicial district!

Mr. Dortch my question to you is...if you feel so strongly about the issues that you have with Shamrock and Wheeler County why dont you do what any nobel "law abiding" citizen would do...Move there..become active in the community..volunteer..run for office (in any compacity) Chamber..City Council...join civic organizations..run for a seat on the Hospital Board...INSTEAD OF CALLING OUT THOSE WHO TRY TO MAKE A DIFFRENCE BECOME ONE OF THEM...KIND OF THE SAME CONCEPT OF DONT COMPLAIN IF YOU DONT VOTE. I am so very sorry that you your insecurities have such a grasp on your sense of reality and justice. We live in AMERICA...we all have the same RIGHTS...and so if you would like to have a say in what goes on in that town..pay taxes there and vote. Or are you one of those people who can only complain but never have a solution to the issue?

well thats a great texas cop out!and its quite evident you are well off,and probly have some of that big texas ranch or oil money.because you deffinatly dont have the sense to understand that if you dont have money you dont have rights or any say so of what some one with money or power can do to you and the truthful and well known facts are hiddin and kept from the records,people are gettin tired of your rich as excuses of covering up bull shit.and that dont vote no complain bull shit is what lincoln used on the south wen the yanks wanted land and resources to fuel the pockets of congress and started a war about slavery??????

I live in Shamrock and everything that goes on in this town is in favor of who you know and how much money you have. Gone to the police many times and they tell you to write a statement and then they sit on it nothing is done. Whatever happened to follow the laws that are there? You file a report on statutory rape but nothing is done, given the run around form the shamrock police dept and the D.A's office. Get into a car accident the other person is at fault no driver's license no current tags but she didn't go to jail--harrassing, following the other person and threating but the police can't do anything--you have to write a statement then they have to talk to the other person. No one can to my house to talk to us the police just showed up with a warrant and arrested my husband. Until people start to stand up for their rights nothing is going to be done. I agree with Bubba, it you don't vote or stand up nothing will be done.

This is not about money...power...or pull in a community. I am a firm believer in the squeeky wheel gets the oil....BUT IT'S ALL ABOUT HOW YOU HANDEL IT. Standing in the middle of town making a fool of your self is NOT the ansewer. I live in a town much larger than Shamrock and have since I graduated from there...and when I didn't like what I was seeing...I became involved..really it is as simple as that.

I say its about who you know...You don't have to stand in the middle of town to make a fool of yourself--Shamrock do not follow the laws they have their own. There are many nice people in Shamrock that has been there for years and supported everyone but when something happens to them and they go to the police nothing is done. Miss Priss you say you become involved if you don't like what you are seeing...tell me how to do that when I've went and called everyone I knew and told them the situation and they said "Shamrock is one of the good ole boys town" they all stick with their own...

Live in Shamrock...my family has been part of Shamrocks history since the 1940's we have owned business' and do till this very day..any yes I understand that the "good ole' boy" system is in full swing there. However there is power in numbers just as there is safty. I am not saying start a riot..I am saying work smarter not harder..beat them at their own game. Be honerable..be true..be involved. Be better than those who you detest..you can make Shamrock a better place to live, and it takes all types to make the world go round...best of luck and my prayers are with you in your quest..remember even the Roman Empire fell.

Thank you Miss Priss...it seems like the more time that goes by unfolds their true colors. Once I started ignoring the situation and let the courts handle it it became easier--they stirred up problems and now are backing away...
