FCC Denies License Renewal For TX Station

BIG comment on this one:

I was there and saw it all! It's a case of a radio station owner who exposed corruption in the local government after they tried to steal his station at gunpoint.(Seriously, the entire thing is chronicled - with court evidence supposrting the station owner's point of view) at http:www.kbkh.com as well as at http://www.shamrockedc.com .) The district attorney ended-up going to prison on drugs/firearms/child porn charges, the assistant D.A.- who is even more corrupt - got the D.A.'s job and continues to run the crooked mess just as before.

There's lots of problems in that town and, sadly, no justice to be found anywhere but, as I understand it, the radio station owner is preparing to publish one whale of a book about the place. And, since he has all of the documentation and evidence to back-up his claims, I hear he even plans to name names!(I can't wait to read it as I know most of the people in that town and I know that what he says they've done only touches the tip of the iceburg!)

FYI: David Rushing is the economic development director who was caught screwing those gay dudes and giving them more than $100k in taxpayer money as payment for un-natural sex-acts. DISGUSTING!

Then, the district attorney was caught (by the FBI, no less) injecting meth directly into his wee-wee so the three could get it on even more? Man! The texas taxpayers took a bath on that deal, huh?

The D.A. that signed the indictment against Mr. Hammond is now serving both state and federal prison sentences for stealing impounded drugs and using them (and selling them) from his offices in the courthouse, producing child pornography and illegal fireaems charges - all of which were a part of an expose' by Mr. Hammond's radio station.(Now, do we want to talk about who has "class"?)

Of course, the local community got to read all about the "city approved version" of this garbage due to the former sheriff's (now a local judge due to the "must promote the worst" rule) "diddling" of the wife of the owner of the newspaper.

That Rushing S.O.B. probably won't be long for this world if the locals ever wake up and realize what kind of queer stuff he's up to! I've read it all!
