I don't know this guy but the law says you are inocent until proven guilty. For God's sake I hope he didn't do it, but how old was the girl or girls? Now days, girls look 20 when they are only 14! I have seen some of these teenage triflin girls in this town and they only ask for what they get in some cases. To this guy, good luck if you are not guilty.

I knew of a guy, that everyone absolutely believed what he said about not molesting little girls. They always say the are innocent. Investigation showed he did, and the witnesses said he did, even his own daughter. Don't go believing everyone who said they didn't do it, the prisons are full of them.

How old was the girl? Is she just now pressing charges? Sometimes they don't molest or have sex with just anyone, its the ones they can control.

you are so right kitty, they have to have control over their victems. I have to agree with you on the part that they always say they are innocent too. I really believe that they think they are not guilty of doing anything wrong. Most men are sick if they even look at children and think of doing things to them when there are so many women out there that are desparate....

These type of men do not want women, especially if they can't control them. I really don't see what men see in children except that they are innocent and won't tell if threatened. I think most of them are afraid of women.

yea I think I agree with you on that too. I also want to say in these cases if a man is found guilty of a sexusal crime against a child they need to be hung becoz they are a big threat to society. Do you agree? But also in some cases i dont know that it is always a mans fault if the girl is old enough to look and act like she is much older and lies to the guy. I'm a mother of 3 teenage girls and it scares me to death. I've seen alot of these girls and the way they dress now days wow. I never dressed that way. My girls don't dress that way I put my foot down. But whose to say that they don't lie to guys and say that they are older than what they are. God I hope not. I don't know if I would say that I think they are afraid of women but you may be right I just say that they have to have control.100%

I have known him all my life and he loved his kids dearly,he is not what people make him out to be. He should not even be where he is.He would never hurt anyone! I also believe that he is not a monster. There is a good guy in there. Everyone wants to move on. I hope all works out for his kids. I know he loves them dearly. I feel sorry for each and everyone of them. We all have issues or problems we dont want anyone to know about.This girl kept this because of reasons only known to her. She came forward when she couldnt handle it anymore. Things came out when she felt she could handle it. Victims of sexual abuse need support and hopefully she is getting all the support she needs and not all this crap about oh this is a setup he didnt do it. give me a break.

he should have his ballz chopped off and shoved down his throat. whether we are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, we shouldn't be putting ourselves in these positions in the first place. no doubt would have been raised if this sick puke kept his hands to himself.

You are so stupid Amy...And a damn liar. You were never there for him. You have always been on her side..You know who I am talking about...You were a part of the whole set up. You can't say that just because someone owns a porn that they are a molester. If that was the case they better come arrest me and half of the population. Mind your own damn business. You want us to post your dirty laundry all over the net. How about if your husband finds out about your affair. Wasn't that around the time that someone's wife was off cheating on him while you watched their kids...Get a life and stay out of people's that you don't even know...

What you people don't realize is that there has to be overwhelming evidence for a grand jury to agree on putting a case like this in the courts. If there is a set up like you are saying, the truth will come out if the defense does it's job. This guy obviously put himself in some type of position for these acts to occur, whether you think it's his fault or not, but he needs to be responsible for his actions.

There was no set up. She (the victim) reported to me he did it. He confessed to doing it. The evidence was so overwhelming that he plea bargined and got 35 years and 10 months with no parolle. Just so you ALL know, the evidence that was brought forth on the day he plea bargined was air tight. There were videos as well as DNA on "sex toys" that he used on her. He will probably never confess to that though I imagine. He is where he belongs, and she is safe with me recieving therapy. He is a sick man who turned many lives upside down.
