The laws WOULD work if we would ENFORCE them. Creating new laws and not enforcing them won't work either.

Everyone makes mistakes while some are worse than others. Its all in gods plans anything that happens is. Anyways they will face their judgement with the good lord one day. we haven't heard anything either, we have been trying to get in touch with her mom and the number has been disconnected if you see or hear from her mom tell her to call my dads cell number she knows the number.
