If you have time to kill and like being ignored by people who have no idea of the concept of "firstcome,first serve", Here is the place to come to. It is hard to tell who the employees are,as there are 10 people or so behind the counter goggleing and laughing.

this is only my opinion. Some of you may get great service,as I have in the past.

But they get it right a hell of alot more often than advance. there you hafta stay on hold 30 mins for some ditzy chick who has never turned a wrench to tell you oh i don't think we have that but good luck. id rather have some one with know how as to put up with an idiot that knows how to be courteous. yeah theres napa but unless you have an hour to wait around good luck....

Last time I was in there, there was about 4 people in line while some poor Lebanese hillbillyish guy was trying to buy a clutch for a Ford Ranger, but didn't know if he had a 4 cylinder or v6 in it, with one person working there trying to help him, and 3 other people "working" there standing around and shooting the shit. I put down the stuff I'd picked out and went on over to Advance Auto, seems like they have better stuff anyways and less waiting around.

Ill go for the curteous idiot any time!I know what i want and I do not really expect them to!! If I dont know ,then I dont need to be working on a car!!!

I had my first experience with them last night....one young man finally tried to help me, although he took his time asking me if he could help me. The other one was busy shooting the bull with an employee of Hardees, and I will say it was not business. Being a paying customer, I was quite put out and I think that I will do my purchasing at Advance Auto...they at least will stop whatever they are doing to assist you. I would like to know who to contact about the condition of the parking lot and the store...the employees were parked sideways in front of the entrance doors and there was cig butts all over the walkway.....bad for business.

Sounds like a lot of complaining to me. Nothing better to do than to complain about something that someone else is doing wrong. I got an idea look in the mirror. Look at the way you live. Oh, don't like what you see do you. Before you complain make sure your life is in order. I have shopped at both and I think oreilly is the best one in lebanon. But people in this small hick town hate their lives and want someone else to be miserable too! It's time to round up your banjo's and get a life!

Remember the sign on the front door has all three managers names and numbers elevate your vision

I can excuse idiocy more than I can excuse laziness.

Three brainianc people standing around chatting with their friends at O'Reilly is useless if people are getting fed up and walking out of the store.

Advance seems to have more stuff in stock and their attitude seems to value my business, and NAPA has better quality (and the prices to match), so O'Reilly is sucking left hind tit as far as I am concerned.

Well, booyaa, I happen to be a woman and I knew exactly what I wanted in the store....it was a lack of being asked if I needed help....you are an example of what is wrong the way employees act on the job....no respect for the company or the customer. If I were the owner I would give them their walking papers....I live a very decent life and you surely have some type of anger problems.

I only go to OReillys, after numerous times of having no choice but to go to Advance Auto before OReillys came to the big L-town. I've always received great service when I've went there. As for advance auto...I never received service, I had to go find someone, wait in line behind people to ask for help, never get an answer to my question, be told to wait while the workers stand and talk about their girlfriends, or get a deer caught in headlights look from the workers. Beyond ridiculous! Never have I had this happen at OReillys, I always am greeted as soon as I walk in the door and asked if I need help, just great service, can't say enough good about the place. As far as for advance auto they can shove it.

everything is okay,we just like to joke around with the workers because they're family and friends!,nobody hates anybody here,we are just having a little fun,don't be so serious!

O'Reilly's in Lebanon is pretty much a waste of time. NAPA or Advance is much better and easier to deal with, and seems to value your service.
