This cop does not display any morals. Nor does he appear ro take his job or life serious. I wonder how many lives have been affected by his lack of creditibility and sly ways?!?!

A DA CAN'T INVESTIGATE HIS OWN PEEPS!! and the reporter who wrote the story knows that.
Whenever an allegation like this is presented to the DA, he MUST refer it to the AG becuase it presents inherent conflicts within the DA's office.
Take a look at Burdge--that allegation was reported to the State Police, as any type of allegation like this is supposed to be.
But, Arnold won't do that because it would invite scrutiny and risk exposure of his own bad behavior.
Whoever "reported" Saul--be careful, the DA will come after you next to make sure that you don't yap about this outside of Leb County.

Lebanon police and probation are dirty and they intentionally railroad people to take advantage of them and keep them or put them into the system. This guy is a symptom of a law enforcement agency over budgeted and drunk on their power over people who in most cases are ignorant as to how the system really works. he does not write it, i observed him after open call at court go down to the DA's office and ask if so an so is there with his tablet in hand is lead back to the office and then comes out 15 minuites later with writting on his tablet, now who really wrote it?
