Topper arraigned on new charges

Ty is the type of guy that you always wanted to be around. He is funny and a jokester. When I first heard the news I was in shock. Who would've thought? Not me or anyone else in our family. Ty made some VERY STUPID decisions and now the lives of the children involved and their families are forever going to be changed. It is also hurting his family. His wife and children's lives will never be the same again. I completely 100% disagree with what he has done but I will still always love him.

Ty Topper is a manipulative, calculating predator who deserves to be locked away forever. He has a HISTORY of violence against young women and he shows a great disregard for the law.
Just because he has an expensive attorney he's out on bail...he violates the law again...and gets off with a slap on the wrist.
His case is a prime example of just how BAD the justice system is screwed up.
I'm sorry for his children....they are victims too.
I wonder how someone who violates children, both others and his own can be so smug and cocky and continue to violate release restraints, take up smoking, go out get drunk and drive?! Thank goodness it was pole and not a car full of teenagers that he wrecked into that night.
I hope we ALL are free of this man very soon. He is a dangerous, predator and the whole state needs to know about him.

Ty Topper deserves to be put away for the horrendous crimes that he has committed. Don't be fooled thinking that this was his first or only time offending a child. He has offended before this incident and believe me he will offend again. So all parents out there, watch out for your children, keep them away from Ty Topper, and don't be sucked into his world of manipulation and lies. Believe everything you hear, because what you hear is the truth. What he has done goes BEYOND STUPID. God forbid this family member ever has to go through what the victims of Ty Topper have to go through.

Ty Topper confessed to the sexual abuse he committed on the 8-year-old girl at St. Mary’s School. He admitted to being “addicted to sex” and to situations where he can commit these sorts of acts and get away with it. He is now claiming, because of the big, intimidating police men who questioned him, he was not able to say,“I want a lawyer”, so his confession might get suppressed. He may walk away from his crime with a slap on the wrist because of a technicality and an incompetent Assistant District Attorney. I wonder if Ty has given any thought to how intimidated the little 8-year-old girl felt as he molested her.

Ty is following right in his father’s footsteps. Ty’s father, Robert Stephenson, is a predator and a child molester who lives a couple of blocks from a grade school in Lebanon according to the Oregon Sex Offender website.

These molesters are everywhere. They have restrictions on their release, but no one is watching them. They, however, are watching your children.

Ty Topper has been a predator for years! Look at the patterns of his life and you will see how sick and twisted this dude is. He managed to get himself a job at a pre-school, the Boys and Girls Club, OSU, and a Catholic School. Do you see a pattern? I sure do!

The sexual assaults that he is accused of were NOT minor inappropriate touches. He himself admitted to "being addicted to sex"! He has the family history...and we've all seen the documentation that family history is a good predictor of behavior.

He comes across as cool and smooth and everybodies best friend. DON"T BE FOOLED! He is a cyberspace junky looking for young girls to pull into his web and prey upon.

Do NOT let your children near this man. Send letters to the DA and the Judges of Albany. He should NOT be allowed to wander the streets of Linn County or anywhere else.

Jimmy, so how well do you know Mr Topper?? not to good it appears. I wonder if you were there and can speak for the victim?? Mr Topper likes to associate himself with a Felon recently released from Federal Prision named Pete Martin (jr), Who both like to contribute to minors ie, Narcotics and alcohol. It is known that he and Pete Martin jr, a resident of North Albany and a co-owner of a development business, however shady it is. Have given Meth, Cocaine, Marijuana and alcohol to juveniles on more than one ocassion. Mr Topper should be paying the price now and Mr martin (jr) needs to go back to Federal Prision where he started with the comission of Arson,Ins Fraud and a bad meth and steroid habbit. Now even he, Mr. Martin (jr) gave information on the Hells Angles so I think he has signed his own warrant as far as that goes. Please google "Ichabod's north" it was in Spokane,WA give it a look and see what kind of people Mr. Topper runs with, then think, count to ten, and then tell me "he's not that bad of a guy"

Ty Topper is pervert. Yes, he has a pattern of working where young children are. Currently, he hangs around at the Heritage Mall in Albany scoping out the High School girls. He's a monster who preys on children.

So let me ask you this... What should be done with
guys that go around touching little 8 year old girls? Should we juat slap them on the hands and tell them know, don't do that again and send them

We need to put Ty Topper away where he can't do that anymore and make the laws so hard that little kids will be aslfe in school.

Ty and his Felon asoicate Pete Martin who is on Felony Probation for Arson, Fraud and other crimes, oth of these people should be look at in depth. Pete Martin in an enabler along with Ty. Peter supplied Alcohol and narcotics to some of the kids targetd by Topper so this would make him a contributor as well as an accomplice?? I would think. Pete also needs to be looked at also in my opinion.

From time to time I have looked on here and have seen Peter Marting name being mentioned along with Ty Toppers. Pete Marting trying to be a fledgling developer. Pete is just as guilty as Ty. It seems that there is one other person here that knows this as well as I do. Both Martin and Topper have taken kids, boys and not girls. I wonder if this was a trait Martin learned in prision and now is passing this ugly trait to Topper as well. I am sure all of Martins businness partners would not want to hear this. I know I would not.

Maybe someone should be talking to Russell Dorgan. He is a good friend of Ty Topper. He knows exactly what Ty has done to this little girl. He is also the brother of a covicted child molester, Monty Dorgan.
Shame on Ty's mother for not encouraging her son to be honest. These people call themselves Christians? They are nothing more than hypocrits. Shame on her for thinking that a little inoccent girl would make something like this up. Did she think that when her husband took the innocents away from another little girl? She is encouraging her son to continue his lewd acts on children and think its ok. It is not! Shame! Shame! Shame!

The truth keeps trying to come out, but Ty's lawyer keeps beating the truth back down. Ty confessed to police, but the lawyer got that suppressed. Ty confessed to a friend, but Ty's lawyer is trying to get that suppressed also. Ty will do anything he can to avoid going to jail. Ty's mother goes to mass almost every day and prays for her son to avoid jail. Ty and his mother both know he is guilty, but they desperately want everyone to believe he is innocent.

As Catholics he should want to serve his jail time, and his mother should be working to get him to accept jail. He committed a crime. He committed a sin. He confessed to a priest and probably said a few Hail Marys to clear his conscience, but he owes a debt to society also. If he really believed in his Catholic faith, he would want to serve the jail time he owes. He owes it to the little girl he molested. He owes it to the school full of teachers, parents, and children who he betrayed. He owes it to all of society.

His mother married a child molestor and raised a child molestor. She should be praying for Ty to stand up and accept responsibility for his actions so that this never happens again. However, neither Ty nor his mother are willing to acknowledge the truth at this time.

Ty and Evanna, I am praying for you both to accept the truth and accept a jail sentence.

Stop fighting and do what is right...please.

This is Russell Dorgan, say what you will, but just to show you don't know shit, monty dorgan is my uncle, and we are not blood related, also, monty dorgan was a part of a massive witchhunt in the state of oregon he got screwed, the system failed him, he did not do what he was accussed of. i don't know who the hell you are but if i find out you will be sued for slander and defamation of character.

How do you know so much ?? did you follow the case? and know the facts? Please tell me if you did and do. I have never heard of your Uncle, but that does not mean he is guilty , or for that fact not guilty. There are other individuals besides the suspect Topper that may have contributed this whole case. Unfortunatly Ty and others are NOT talk or just through their Attys. Too bad maybe we will never find out who is really involved.... I dwould have to think the the person mentioned at the first "Pete Martin" could be givin serius thought. At least of what I know and understand.

Robert Stephenson is NOT Ty's father. He was his step-father for a few years. He threatened to kill us when our mother left him. We had to file a restraining order. Ty's father is a loving and caring man. A good man.
