Subject: Attorney Letter to felon Gail Cato Regarding GEE (14 Bbls) Sale Transaction Req

Attached is the letter that was received from the attorney representing Gail Cato and Elaina Lance, again reiterating the protocol of the first letter to Gail Cato.

No funds can be received or paid out until the protocol established in the letter dated May 15, 2008 has been met.

I, Elaina Lance, will overnight all the copies collected from the Precious Few Group pertaining to the wire and check copies obtained from each individual for verification purposes.

I just completed a conversation with the man who has committed to the purchase of the stones. As I explained last week I helped him with his transaction by locating an Atlanta attorney to help him move his paperwork along so he would close his transaction and pay us. I spoke to him this morning and all paperwork has been sent to the other attorney. He was out of the office yesterday and we are expecting some results possibly today. I will let you know as soon as I hear something. I am pushing as much as possible.
