My first call would be to FFO and speak to their manager. If they do not agree to file through their insurance, my next call would be to the county court house and file in small claims against them since they tied it in. Also, if the lady owns her own home, check her home owners policy. They pay for crazy stuff and it might accidentally be paid.(FYI: example: if your kids break something belonging to someone else, they cover stuff like that, too.)
