Maybe not Dr. Smith. Maybe just another of his ilk. Really now. Even if we knew she told her son not to talk what does that prove? Nothing, but I suspect we are relying on "reports" to say that even happened. Was the boy being examined forensicly and independantly of the state? Read other cases and see if there is not a strong possibility that the same injustice could happen in Indiana. It's really hard to let go once "tunnel Vision" is in practice.

I think she killed the child and her son saw it. Just my thought on the matter. IF found guilty then she will be punished. It would be bad if she really is innocent but i highly doubt it.

It's ok that you doubt it. Most people do in cases like this. But if you look at the details of cases like this where innocent people go to prison for life it will send chills down your spine. That is why I encourage you to read "The Innocent Man" by John Grisham. Read it. Put yourself in that position and imagine the torture YOU would endure.
