Yes, John, but I believe the police was Frank "Lefty" Tomaino who was a Brother. My Father knew the Tomainos well.
If you went to Pricetown School or Newton Rural School in Pricetown, you knew Mable & Roy Schisler. They were the janitors at the school. They adopted the Tomaino Boys, gave them a good home. Roy and Mabel Schisler lived on their farm on the River Road. I believe Mabel just past away about 2 or 3 years ago and resided at the farm in the care of her daughter, Shirley. My Aunt Grace, who lives at Lake Milton and attended Pricetown Methodist Church was a good friend of the family.
