This article is so bogus. Notice how the article doesn't mention what the other crimes were. How many of them were charged wih killing 13 other Americans in cold blood and wounding 40 more.

And by the way, to send a message to the jihadists, they should execute him by public beheading.

I love the military, but I, unfortunately, wish that this case would be tried civilly. Texas has an express lane to the gas chamber-if 3 people see you shoot someone, you're done...no appeals, no nothing. You pretty much just get executed...exactly what this shithead deserves. Let's not waste my tax dollars any more than necessary.
