I understand that one person made a bad choice. I am not defending the bad choice, just being realistic when I say this....we have all made bad choices in our lives at one time or another. Just thank God that my bad choices never killed anyone. I can only imagine the pain of the families of the victims and would be VERY angry too. But, please people, let them deal with their grief the way they need to and quit adding fuel to the fire. My daughter went to school with Stephanie and so of course I want to pass judgement also. But we all need to take a step back and realize Matt's family didnt do it the mistake that night. My prayers are with his family also. They are grieving too. Please pray for everyone's family going thru this.

Concernning the Ad that Fox 4 might be leaving from the programing with Dish Network.
I spoke with Dish today and they told me that the local channel Fox 4 will not be leaving. The sports channel's for Fox and the FX channel are the ones that are under contract negotiations at this time and have been removed from programing.

Three families have lost children;it doesn't help to point fingers at anyone. Each family has lost a loved one. Please show respect and compassion to each family. My sympathy goes out to all of you. You are in my thoughts and prayer.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Henry family. Such a tragic loss for all involved. My prayer is for healing to begin swiftly in all the hearts of those left behind.

Family and Friends are mourning the tragic death of Mathew Nuzik. He was a loving father to a six year old baby girl. He was also a husband, a son and a great friend to many. He worked at ADT for ten years. He will be dearly missed by all of his family, friends and co-workers who cherished the moments they shared together. He was very intelligent. Mathew loved playing with and building computers as well as building motors and fixing cars. He never hesitated to help others when he knew how to help. Mathew we all miss you very much and will never forget all the brightness you brought into our lives.

The road they were killed on is marked and there is a sign that says NO PASSING ZONE. Watch the video from the noon show. Doesn't matter now but he was clocked at 100 mph by a policeman moments earlier. Sorry but my mind calls it murder- an accident wouldn't have happened at 100 mph.
I am Mathew's wife and was visited by the Kansas State Patrol. It was not his car going 100 miles an hour. The car that was speeding was going westbound, my husband was going eastbound on his way home from Lawrence. It was an accident not a murder! It is was a tragic event that left a little girl without a father, a wife without a husband, parents without their only son, and many others without a great friend. I feel very sorry for all families involved with this horrific tragedy. We all are grieving.

It would not seem possible that Mat would have been going 100mph near that intersection, because he would have been wanting to turn North on CR1. I'm not sure how this tragic accident happened, but I am one hundred percent sure that Mat would not have intended to harm anyone. For certain posters who have suddenly been anointed God and judge of all, I would like to remind that no one will really know exactly what happened that night.

Why would he be turning on CR 1 when he was staying at a house off of CR 2?
