All of these young people should have to work for the people they harmed (do $200.00 worth of yard work, that sort of thing, for each victim) until they are 21 then they get their record expunged (erased). I see no reason to have this hang over their life forever. It was a dumb thing to do, BUT it was only property.
If we are going to fry these young people lets go after the ones that paint the fences, buildings, houses, bridges, signs, billboards, etc. How much money do they cost taxpayers every year? |
