Why do some parents think their kid can do know wrong. Just because they never seen him drive recklessly doesn't mean he has not before. His parents really get me. How do they know what happened? Were they in his car with him? NO!!!!!

His parents have the right to say that because they KNOW cody... do you NO. Were you there... NO, but someone was && he will testify that it was not cody's fault. Cody has only gotten 3 tickets in his life, one for speeding the day he got his license... YEARS AGO, one for a traffic violation, && one for noise violation. So um you tell me, you think he's just a raging wreckless driver? no proof && no reason behind your arguement so just keep quiet! |

Well when your record is pretty much PERFECT your driving an unscratched car, with wheels that you can't afford to go off road on, I'd say he was a extremely good driver, Just what's the record of the other driver? isn't it soo convient that it's not mentioned? All the news i've seen has been negative towards this young man and his loving family and not one bit has questioned the other mans driving! Or the fact that seat belts could have saved their lives, it's been nothing but pointing the finger at this not even 21 y/o who got tangled in this horrid mess, Can you really justify sending him to jail for the majority of his life because someone decided to "Not let pass, or simply wasn't paying attention" I have no doubt in my mind that he was hit first and i'd really love to Bslap the reporting officer for making such a obviously BS report, Yea i saw it on tv, Did a great job of making it look how they wanted it to but then again.. that's part of their job.. PRICKS

The accident investigators have released reports showing Cody was at fault for the accident. This gives the rest of us a clear reason to make comments about Cody's driving. What about all of the witnesses who said he was driving recklessly, compared to the 1 witness who says it was not Cody's fault? Oh yeah and the one witness for Cody is in jail for fraud and works for Cody's father. Not a very reliable witness is he? |

You're an idiot. See my reply in the previous post. |
|
Sara codys godsister : You're an f idiot. I guarantee that this puke 'friend' that Cody was with at the Braves game provided him with alcohol. He was drunk when he killed these 4 people. That's why Daddy hid him for a day before they turned him in. Scum all around. |

You both are prime examples of human waste, I wouldn't expect much common sense or morality coming from Covington or Atlanta, The fact is, This could happen to ANYONE and the wreak was not his fault. I don't give a shit what the fucking report says, you might as well listen to the news, Sheep

Right on.....It makes you wonder about the accident report....No tickets given for not wearing seat belts....No ticket given for the child not being in a car seat...Looks like a one sided report to me........ Hang in there.... |
|
Great job! I wonder why no tickests were issued for no seat belts or car seat for the infant. Looks like that cop did a "sloppy" job! |
|
Sarah cody's godsister, why try to hide your Identity now? We know it's you or somebody in your family. and buying nice wheels and stuff for your car, unfortunitly doesn't effect how well you drive, is that crap what cody though? He'd be a better driver if he fixed his car up? And yes mr josh kitchens can testify for cody all he wants to but unfortunantly for cody, josh has already been proven in a court of law to be dishonest, so who did you say was going to believe his story? the judge? the jury? huh? what? I can't hear you? |

Okay, then Sweetie, will you please provide me with the link to look up this information? And one more thing, I saw someone posting Mr. Randle that is in the ICU, as a registered sex offender. My question is, why is it okay to bring up points that the whitness in Cody's car has a record but everyone wants to bitch when it's brought up about one of the people from the Randle family?! |
|
ASSumptions ASSumptions. Again, you don't know the people you are talking about. You're basing your ASSumptions on one thing you know about this guy: The fact that he was involved in an accident. WELL BOOOOOO HOOOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!! I've been in an accident before when a woman, much older than me, rammed her f-ing car in the back of mine because she was turned around screaming at her five kids in the back. She had NO CAR INSURANCE! Then she tried to get out of it by asking me not to call the police. That's when you know someone's trying to hide from the police. But the fact that Carmon left his f-ing business card with the clerk should tell you that he had nothing to hide. He's not so stupid to try to hide from police and then give some information on exactly how to find him! You all are idiots if you think otherwise! |
|
Cops have a tendency to make things look the way they want it. You all are forgetting that the more charges put against him on the road, the more they get out of tickets given to him! Another way cops are twisted is that they are hypocritical. It's almost rare these days to find a cop in the line of work to do what's right and make things better for citizens, on accound of having jackasses who are nothing but greedy and power hungry. My uncle was a cop and my stepdad is a cop, but they are they few that have been honest about their jobs. |

Actually Nikki, do you drive???? My boyfriend had his tires mess up and his car kept pulling to the right. We thought after we replaced the tired we'd have to get his car put into alignment so that his car wouldn't wack out on him, but as soon as good tires were put on his car, the problem was fixed. You need to take care of a car in order to have it work properly. Anyone who drives knows that, and from what it sounds like, either you're really stupid or just plain arrogant. |

Oh, well the Randle family just can't do any wrong. All of the blame needs to be directed to a 20 year-old so that the Randles have someone to blame. |

I agree. Just because a parent thinks that they know their child and just because (atleast to the best of the parents knowledge) their child has never done anything like this before in their life doesn't mean that they aren't perfectly capable of doing something like this. I know when I was growing up if either my sisters or I were accused of anything my parents never said "Oh my child could never do that" and we were all relatively good kids (sure we all got into our share of mishaps, but overall we were all good and I can say this now being the youngest and the fact that I am now in my late 30's with my oldest sister being 5 years older and two more in the middle). My parents knew we were relatively good kids, but they also knew that we were not completely innocent and that there are very few kids that actually are, so it wouldn't have been outside the realm of possibility for us to get into something and our parents knew that. They always made sure they got all of the facts and looked at both sides of the story before making a decision about whether we were telling the truth or not (and there were times we didn't tell the truth and more often than not my parents knew that and we paid the price for it ... nothing serious ... just usually like a month long restriction or something like that). In their eyes, most of the time, not telling the truth was much worse than whatever it was that we got into and they made sure that we knew that and I'll tell you one thing ... when all of us realized that we didn't lie after that and we've all raised our childen the same way! But getting back to what I was originally, I believe that is the problem with so many kids and there parents today. Kids lie about getting into trouble and alot of their parents automatically believe they're telling the truth. Give me a break, especially when the cold, hard evidence is staring you straight in the face. |

No worries Chica!!! I believe Cody until given a reason no to! |
|
It always amazes me that when something like this happens where the survivors are obviously suffering enough that there are always people out there who believe they should be ticketed or a law suit should be filed or whatever. Do you not think that every member of the Randle family isn't suffering badly enough over the deaths of their three loved ones ... Whitney, Alexander and Cayden??? |
|
They never said that he wasn't capable of doing it, they just believe their son. I believe him, or I believe the fact that he doesn't think he caused the wreck. I have to unless I see proof of his car hitting the other. |
|
Jessica, Here is the link to the accident report and if you will look down on page 7 it says arrest warrants were obtain for Cody ... that means that they found him at fault. If they hadn't found him at fault then no arrest warrant would've been issued. Also, with regards to Mr. Randle ... this case isn't about what he did wrong (and yes ... what he did was wrong), it is about what Cody did wrong (or atleast what he is accused of). What Mr. Randle did was 10 years ago and he has served his time for what he did. According to the law, he paid "his debt to society" and it has nothing at all to do with this story. |
