Police probe fatal accident in I-495 construction zone

State police have identified the victim of a fatal accident Tuesday that involved a pedestrian and a dump truck in a construction zone on Interstate 495 north beyond Merrimack Street in Lawrence.

Make sure all the lights are working, the horn, warning lights, tires, etc. Bus drivers and truck drivers are supposed to do it every day before they drive a vehicle.
