Does anybody think Tonganoxie is being overbuilt?

I think it is being a bit overbuilt and people are wanting to much money for the houses. I do need a place to rent in that area though. Not wanting to pay more than $750 a month. We have 4 kids too so it has to be at least 3 bedrooms or have a finished basement. No smokers and no pets. If anyone knows of a place let me know thanks.
