cop pushing drugs, tinted windows on the cop cars, picking on people they don't like, spending there on duty time at home waiting for a call, we don't pay then to sit at home, we pay them to patrol, not to tint there windows, but to be seen, and to be seen in places were most fear to go, i have lots to say, but i'll keep it short for now.....
