Beebe incompetent for murder trial ... sent to mental health fa...

Larry Beal should be dis-barred. Some of the "un-published" facts in the case should have caused Beal to recuse himself from any and all proceedings in the case of Carl Beebe.
1. When Beal was a private practice attorney, he "defended" Karl Roeder in a criminal case.
2. Carl Beebe worked as a paralegal for Beal.
The hocking county 'legal system' would make even Boss Hogg himself blush.

Well this proves once again that if you want to get away with murder.. hocking county is THE place to do it.

The single gunshot that took a 4 year old boys life August 14, 1985 in South Perry and the 2 teenagers(Annette and Todd) found dismembered in Logan and now Karl Roeder's murder.

I have no doubt in my mind that Carl Beebe commited this murder and I also believe he should be the number 1 suspect in the fatal car crash that killed his live-in girlfriend, Melanie Erwin in 1987.
I have a daughter by Carl Beebe, he took advantage of me when I was 17 while I was babysitting his and Melanie's daughter. Carl Beebe is not only a murderer but a rapist. Yes, Hocking county knows of this too but they do NOTHING!

He is NOT incompetent BUT he knows how to work the system. Don't let his idiotic rantings fool you. People once thought the earth was flat too.. this didn't make them insane, it made them explore to prove otherwise.

To not know the situation and make statements such as she had to know what went on is just silly.She lived in an underground house.She loved Roeder more than her own son.Roeder stayed there for several reasons,one being he was ill and needed her support.They helped each other.If she knew what all the guys were doing she would have put them all out.I think Beebe should never be allowed to walk the earth,but I refuse to blame some else for his evil.There was three of them in the business.What about the third one?

when we tried to convince her something was wrong about roeder. third one told her he was at sisters. later told her he joined commune.i think roeders mother is a good woman that obeys the law i also think they all found the perfect setup.knew landlady could not check on goings on.roeders mom would not let any of this trash go at her place. so all 3 had perfect place.my heart goes out to her, the real loser may god give her peace

That's weird. It seems everybody in her family, plus all her friends knew something was going on with those guys, but nobody ever took the time to warn her. I suppose when they (they being Genny and Doc) had their teenaged neices and nephews hauling mulch up the hill and covering Roeder's burial site with it, that nobody questioned why they would be mulching a bare spot way up in the woods, either.

There were no neices or nephews.The boys were friends of Beebe.We did try to tell her what was going on ,but she would not believe it.All three were growing pot under commercial lights and it was a business.Karl Roeder was our handy man and we thought a lot of him.I am not defending Beebe in any way.I hope he rots.He is pure evil and has threatned horrid things he would do to me.

If you knew of this, then you should have gone to the police. It's obvious Mrs. Kelsey was living in denial of the fact that her son was a psychopath.

You are right about denial.Why go to hock. co police?As I stated, we really liked Mr. Roeder and hoped he would get away from Beebe.Roeder was ill and paying support with not enough money for any human to survive on.I think he was trying to get by,and he was totally against hard drugs and would not tolerate even being around them.I can think of alot worse things than pot.I would have never done anything to hurt him in any way.Roeder had even protected me from Beebe.

Well, Sandy---I can gaurantee you there was a hell of a lot more going on---and she MRS> Kelsey was the ring leader and her son tried to prove how good he was to her
