1 Costa Rica, despite being such a tiny nation, draws well over a million visitors every year - and you can see why. The incredibly varied topography means you can cruise a cloud forest one day, climb a volcano the next, and finish passed out on a hot white sandy beach. Costa Rica’s economy has been constantly growing during the last 10 years; the country has signed seven trade agreements with other Latin American countries and has two preferential access agreements with the European and the American markets. This economic development has been encouraged by direct ocean access on both coastlines, easy access by road to neighboring countries, Nicaragua and Panama, as well as regular flight connections to North America, Latin America and Europe. Costa Rica has two international airports: Juan Santamaría in the capital city and Daniel Oduber in the northen city of Liberia. Costa Rica attracts important investments thanks to its efficient productivity in high-tecnology, its well-educated population and the high-quality technical education accessible in the country. Exuberant nature, pristine beaches, active volcanoes, contrasting landscapes, impresive places of scenic beauty, biological diversity ... ... this is Costa Rica ... ... hiking in the rainforest, horseback riding through picturesque trails, mountain biking in the country side, water rafting in wild and untamed rivers, snorkeling through tropical reefs, surfing the most incredible breaks, sportfishing in cobalt blue waters, golfing challenging greens ... ... the perfect place to spend your vacations in the tropics. love it |

Disney like cast of creatures? Sounds like a snotty view of another's home nation and exotic animals being for your corporate cartoon amusement. Sure they'd like to slap you for saying it. Place is too damn humid. Costa Rica averages 11 homicides per 100,000 people http://www.nicatimes.net/nicaarchive/2009_10/... The rest of that BS sounds like you are on their board of tourism. |

Kind of true but why fill out an application at a place that just wants to run you off and hire and government subsidized illegal alien? Many of those bitching are upset family members cannot find a job and are supporting them which is kind of another tax plus their unemployed family members don't pay taxes so that means more burden for one that do. Unemployment here is 10%, after the raid 2000 Americans showed up for jobs. I really do not know why as they only want to hire illegals and they are back despite ICE Raid. Several people at this plant have been given duties two or three peoples jobs in the hope they'll quit and be replaced. Maybe know something about the place before you speak. Anytime you hear productivity is up 30%, that usually means someone is working 30% harder. When you hire a legal visa alien to do a job that Social Security tax goes back to their nation. So there are less people to pay Social Security=failure. |
