i wrote a book on every mine location in california over 1000 pages long. it has maps and gps coordinates. its the only book that does this.

I know that question was for Charles/Sue but I did some prospecting in the Oatman area..Spent over 2 and a half hours one day with a metal detector and only found 1 nugget about the size of a raisin..It looked like one too!.. I don't know if that's a good find or not but from what I understand the folks tell me just about anywhere in this area you could come up with some gold.. Take care and happy prospecting! hobbyist |

Staying in Laughlin for a week Where's a good place along the Colorado River open to the public for gold panning? Would like to stay as close to Laughlin or Bullhead as possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks to all. |
