An officer on patrol heard gunshots and responded to the area of Rosemarie Lane and Manchester Avenue at 10:46 p.m. Officers found the man in a vehicle parked in the 4400 block of Manchester.

If we clean up city government, half the crime is wiped off the books. City gov. takes away from Stockton's youth. City gov. concentration is concerned with pleasing Stockton's few priveledged families and making sure they (city gov.) receives outright pay raises or underhanded payraises in the form of perks, travel, per diem. How else did they manage to bankrupt the city? City gov. has just as much to do with Stockton's crime rate as those on the streets. The only difference is city gov. gets paid.
