Recklessness

If this woman dies because of the sever harassment and intentional abuse persecution mental physical and civil and human rights abuses not allowing her any safty can they be charged with manslaughter?

Recklessness or willful blindness is defined as a wanton disregard for the known dangers of a particular situation. However, the conduct is probably reckless, sometimes used interchangeably with criminally negligent, which may subject the principal to prosecution for involuntary manslaughter: the individual was aware of the risk of injury to others and willfully disregarded it.

In many jurisdictions, such as in California, if the unintentional conduct amounts to such gross negligence as to amount to a willful or depraved indifference to human life, the mens rea may be considered to constitute malice. In such a case, the charged offense may be murder, often characterized as second degree murder.

manslaughter

Vehicular manslaughter is a kind of misdemeanor manslaughter, which holds persons liable for any death that occurs because of criminal negligence or a violation of traffic safety laws. A common

[edit] Misdemeanor manslaughterIn the United States, this is a lesser version of felony murder and covers a person who causes the death of another while committing a misdemeanor — that is, a violation of law that does not rise to the level of a felony. This may automatically lead to a conviction for the homicide if the misdemeanor involved a law designed to protect human life. Many violations of safety laws are infractions, meaning that a person can be convicted regardless of mens rea.

On October 10, 2002, Shelley Berkley was among the 81 House Democrats who voted in favor of authorizing the invasion of Iraq.

Yes Congress Shelly Berkley must authorize this invasion.

Because of her power to do so many Americans soldiers have died there minds forced into horrible things to see and lost limbs.

Many of our wonderful soldiers have not had the chance to grow old or have children because of her personal vendetta of others who are not as powerful and human as she is.

This sounds just like something Congress Shelly Congress Shelly Berkley would do this she is so loyal to her group and if you are a victim of any of them destroy them kick them to the streets even if the woman was sexually assulted came close to death and it involved a child.

Berkley found herself on the defensive at one point in the campaign when a "former employer" revealed a memo she had written suggesting that he try to "influence local political leaders" by hiring their relatives. But Chairez also did not come across as a strong candidate.

All votes from her group again while Americans are dying and suffering in war for her power and vote.

Don't You Wish She Was Yours?

Much is said and written about how well ex-mob mouthpiece Oscar Goodman fits the role of Vegas mayor, but few outside of our area are aware of just how perfectly Rep. Shelley Berkley fits as the sole member of Congress to represent the Las Vegas Strip. And I was reminded of this spotting Molly Ball's Review-Journal item today about pointing out that her supporters at the recent Clark County Democratic Convention were wearing T-shirts with this unabashed, leggy logo. I scanned and enlarged from the paper it because I couldn't find the image online anywhere.

Anyhow, this is not a political statement: Berkley is the perfect Vegas counterpart to Goodman. The former casino cocktail waitress is loud, brassy and unashamed by anything about the city. Heck, she spoke openly on "The Strip" in February 2006 about her cosmetic surgery, joking about attracting the youth vote and spawning the first really big moment of coverage for our little show in Roll Call and on the Drudge Report.

What's more, take a quick look at her campaign website for one simple reason: I am quite sure she's the only member of Congress whose site has THAT icon following around your cursor.

GREAT CONGRESS SHELLY BERKLEY VISITS OUR TROOPS WHEN BERKLEY IS BEHIND THE MOTIVATION AND REASON THEY ARE THERE.

Nevada representative Shelley Berkley is in Iraq Monday. She's with a congressional delegation visiting the troops this Christmas.

The congresswoman says it was the perfect opportunity to meet with troops and thank them for their service. And Berkley says they are in high spirits.

"It's been an extraordinary day. The morale of our troops here is remarkably high -- 2007 is ending far better than it began. Quite frankly I'm surprised by the level of satisfaction for a job well done that our military are feeling right now," she said.

Tuesday, Berkley will attend services with troops and a luncheon. She's also expected to meet with Nevadans serving in Iraq.

Shelley Berkley

Shelley Berkley said it all when she tried to explain how "business is done" in Las Vegas. She said you have to make campaign contributions to judges so they can fix tickets, and reduce demerit points for employees. This is the type of representative the citizens of Nevada elected to the Congress in 1998. She is now running for re-election -- she MUST be stopped! She believes all politicians should do business through bribery. Get her out of office!

Here are Ms. Berkley's thoughts about Yvonne Atkinson Gates:
"The one thing Gates cares more about than her politics is - money. Yvonne wants money. She wants a business."

It's time to stop the political career of Yvonne Atkinson Gates and Shelley Berkley before they do more damage.

* Many rape victims suffer from Rape Trauma Syndrome, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), and eating disorders (ED), therefore it is highly recommended that you find a long-term counselor who specializes in these areas.
* Be aware of victim blame - "Victim blaming is holding the victim responsible for what has happened to her/him. One way in which victim blaming is perpetuated is through rape myths. Rape myths allow us to blame the victim and are often common false beliefs."

Adelson won’t relinquish fight to block Palazzo club

Marc Packer and Richard Wolf are fighting a legal battle with Palazzo owner Sheldon Adelson to open a nightclub in main lobby of the resort on the Strip.

Nightclub operators Marc Packer and Richard Wolf have had less than a month to savor a hard-fought legal victory over their landlord, casino mogul Sheldon Adelson.

With a fighting spirit and financial resources matched by very few, the 12th-richest man in the world has gone back on the offensive in his efforts to remove the New York business partners from their prime nightclub location in his Palazzo resort on the Strip.

His attorneys recently filed court papers asking District Judge Mark Denton to reverse an April 3 order granting a preliminary injunction that allowed Packer and Wolf to resume construction of the multimillion-dollar club in the main lobby of the Palazzo, which opened in January.

Adelson had changed the locks at the club and terminated Packer and Wolf’s 10-year lease March 10, alleging they were too slow in developing the still unnamed club and in providing him with detailed accounts of their business dealings for gaming regulators.

It was a startling turn of events for Packer and Wolf, who had few run-ins with Adelson while operating the wildly successful Tao nightclub and restaurant at his nearby Venetian.

But they hired the best attorneys they could find — the firm of Kummer, Kaempfer, Bonner, Renshaw & Ferrario — and wound up besting Adelson and his politically connected firm, Lionel Sawyer & Collins.

Packer and Wolf had hoped they might be able to reconcile with Adelson after obtaining the preliminary injunction. But no such luck.

Adelson hates to lose.

He has intensified the legal battle, even as his hired guns at Lionel Sawyer & Collins are locked in another courtroom drama on his behalf, a civil trial stemming from a lawsuit filed by a Macau businessman who wants a piece of Adelson’s growing gaming empire on the Chinese island hot spot.

Adelson, who testified earlier in the trial, has spared no expense in that case, which has been unfolding in the courtroom of District Judge Michelle Leavitt. He brought in combative Houston lawyer Rusty Hardin, who has a reputation for representing high-profile clients, and he persuaded the old lion himself, Sam Lionel, who rarely makes court appearances these days, to sit beside Hardin.

For Packer and Wolf, it’s just more evidence that they are in for a long battle with Adelson.

It's impossible in America to take religion from the politician. Religion in America is a vital part of its people. Eighty percent of Americans self-identify as Christians and the rest self-ID as atheists, muslims, hindus, and other weird sects. That makes us the vast majority. As for Israel, as Christian Evangelists, which we comprise the majority of Christians in America, we stand 100% behind the sons of Zion.

Much of the information the government collected appears to have come from former employees of Agriprocessors who were detained by police on unrelated charges.

Sources related similar stories of "presenting fraudulent documents and Social Security numbers when seeking employment with the company".

Several said they were aware of undocumented workers employed at the plant that were paid by "supervisors in cash".

The affidavit says the government has probable cause to believe that an Agriprocessors supervisor assisted workers in "acquiring fake documents" in "exchange for a cut of the proceeds".

Federal investigators provided documentation for a former Agriprocessors employee, identified in the affidavit as Source #7, for the purpose of gaining employment at the plant. Once hired, the source reported on rabbis who insulted the workers and threw meat at them.

In one alleged instance, a “chasidic Jew”{{{"duct-taped a worker’s eyes and then hit him with a meat hook"}}}},“apparently not causing serious injuries.”

Agriprocessors has come under fire before for its "labor practices", as well as {{health and safety}} violations.

In March, authorities fined the company {{$182,000}} for violations at the plant.

People for the {{Ethical Treatment of Animals}} has "clandestinely videotaped" a controversial slaughter practice used.

This is an understanding reason why those who abuse and hide the abuse can create trouble even in America.

All humans must have rights and a homeland. Even when some do not want to allow them that right and use propagandist, political, wealth, power to control obstruct the rights of others at any cost.

Rice to AIPAC: Establishment of a
Palestinian state is "urgent"

June 3, 2008

Condoleezza Rice at an AIPAC conference stressed the urgency of establishing a Palestinian state.

"The expansion of violence in the Middle East makes the establishment of a peaceful Palestinian state more urgent, not less," the U.S. secretary of state said Tuesday at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee policy conference in Washington.

"The present opportunity is not perfect by any means, but it is better than any other in recent years and we need to seize it. Israelis have waited too long for the security they desire and deserve, and Palestinians have waited too long amidst daily humiliations for the dignity of a Palestinian state."

Rice's remarks were greeted with silence.
