Overpriced and terrible customer service

Last time I drove by this place was still not open. Has it opened or anyone know when it will open?

Yes it's open I's expensive. and the food is not all that great. I just went through the drive thru and spent more than 30mins waiting because they screwed up the other in front of me. And there fries aren't fried well and soggy. So as you can read I am really irritated. Wouldn't recommend it.

I saw it crowded. If it crowded must be good. Went got double cheese burger 5.99. It was good remind of old hamburger shack in calif. will go again

this is a famous restaurant out of LA in California, all their food is made to order, freshly made hand battered onion rings, zucchinis, and mushrooms. They have charbroiled hamburgers which are definitely not frozen as you can see through the window that showcases the kitchen, you can watch your food being made, they have nothing to hide! The hamburgers are large, and the chili cheese fries are served in the biggest portions I have ever seen, they also taste like none other, so good; I wish this recipe was not a secret. The Mexican food is great too, very tasty carne asada! Steak Fries ! and Cali. style burritos with fresh guac, and french fries.. I'm so excited that this FAMILY RESTAURANT has opened here in Vegas, we really needed this, as for the comments about it being overpriced, i don't understand what you are thinking these are gourmet hamburgers, not that packaged pre-heated, and timed stuff you get from MC.Dees' or jack in the box. Wake up people, this is the best thing to happen to Nevada, since in-n-out, but with a variety!!! SO EXCITED!

Mc.Donald's is down the street if your looking for cheap gross food, you get what you pay for buddy. I spend close to 10 dollars every time i go there and im stuffed for the day. go spend 10 bucks down the street and get a tiny sized sandwich with pretty wrapping you goon.

It's on Lake Mead and Simmons! The Food is bomb! Now I don't have to go all the way to So. Cal to get my Chili Cheese Fries fix!

Ive been there a couple times, dine in AND drive thru..depending on when you go, the food can take a long time but its worth it and the customer service is ok. depends on who takes care of you.this one black girl was kind of rude, messed up our orders and blamed it on the cooks.. a different black girl with a nose ring came, apologized and took care of us, i gave her a tip and she didnt want to take it because of all the trouble..id recommend her because the other ones were kind of rude..overall great food..the pastrami is delicous!!!!

If you want horrible service, mediocre food, and extravigant prices go to Mega Toms. The food is sub par quality and highly over-priced. I have eaten their twice( Every place deserves a second chance.) and both times they have gotten my order wrong. It's not even like I'm ordering a specialty. It's a BURGER. Not rocket science.

Don't worry about anything negative posted in topix because nobody takes it seriously. It's just a forum full of gossip and bullshit posted by spineless jackasses hiding behind their computers.

You guys need to try Sammy's la Pastrami and Burgers. They are out of LA and have been here in Vegas for 10 years. They have 2 stores and the place has amazing food.

All I have to say is you should have been patient the place was new at the time and when it's new that means new cooks don't complain this restaurant is number one in vegas now
