Henderson cops out of control again.

If they aren't kicking diabetics in the head, then they are killing mothers tasered to the ground in front of her children. Now this.

UNACCEPTABLE.
Has any Henderson cop, ever hear of talking or de-fusing a situation with out havine to shoot someone?
