That’s why when you see the critically acclaimed Cirque du Soleil interpretation of his legend at Aria Resort and Casino, you must be sure to dine in Elvis’ tradition. Make a reservation for after “Viva ELVIS” at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand. The world-renowned chef has garnered awards from around the world and delivers with Cajun flavors at this acclaimed Southern restaurant.
