There was an amazing article in the Optic about all the ins and outs about these whole private parties thrown with taxpayer’s money and that they got estimates from businesses that did not even cater. Unfortunately being able to prove it in court is always difficult. Ralph is a POS and they public knows this. Las Vegas is so fortunate to have 2 corrupt school boards and administrations.
