Worried about her reputation please! Once a tweeker always a tweeker. The only reason she ran was so she could clean up and cut her kids hair.
Everyone in Chaparral already new who and what she was, known for years she a known user. Those poor kids dont have a chance.
She is out to make some money thats all.
Her family is not all that great either, husband in jail. Family member in jail for murder. Great backround lady. Shut up and get it togeather..

Did not the Magisrate Judge Conrad Pera, retired cop with a online law degree, approve the warrants in this case? No wonder Bo Nevaraz, a cop as well as an investigator in this case went to THAT Judge for approval of the warrants.

This is CYFD in all their glory. A person I know was accused to abusing her daughter when in fact her daughter was living in CA with her father for 2 years and its still on her record. Now it is going to cost her for a lawyer to get this off her record.

Come on lady they WILL get you. You KNOW you're lying to save your dumbace. I hope they get another search warant because there is SOMETHING in there. FORENSICALLY speaking...it will just take someone with some knowledge to find it. This girl isn't that smart. They need to take in that machine that sniffs chemicals on EVERYTHING. She can't wash everything. Some things won't fit in the machines. Come on TNT you all have done this before, you KNOW what to look for and where to look. Take her down, she hung herself on that tape recording. She doesn't deserve to keep the kid.

If she had been using AT ALL it would have shown. Drugs don't remain in hair for 90 days - they remain the hair shaft from the time it was metabolized until it is shorn. In other words, if she used meth in June and her hair grows at one-half inch a month (normal growth rate) that meth metabolite will be present in that hair forever in the spot on the shaft where it was ingested or used. Hair drug analysis is bullcrap and its use is stupid. If she is not lying then I hope she cleans out whatever applicable funding covers such BS.

The truth always comes out!!!
I'm not one to judge this mother or her husband but their actions speak for themselves.
I've dealt with false reports being made to CYFD and the last thing I did was run out of state. I stayed and disputed the false allegations, I let CYFD do their investigation and in the end the truth came out, all allegations where unsubstantiated. This IS the behavior of healthy individuals who are NOT GUILTY!!

I pray for this Mother and Father...if you choose to have a drug habit or break laws that incarcerate you then that's on the both of you adults but your children didn't make those choices nor did they get a choice in their parents. If you cant do your parenting role be WOMEN/MAN enough to step down and let someone else intervene.

Maybe Nevarez doesn't talk about Serna's DWI because he's got nothing to do with it. Serna is a mesilla marshal who was arrested by state police...Nevarez works for DASO. Dont make stupid remarks when you don't know what you're talking about. And yes, I've had malicious people report me to CYFD too. They can't do anything if the allegations are false, so let them find out the truth. Running to another state & shaving your kids hair? The only people sympathetic towards this gal are other people who want to do whatever they want, legal or not, and get away with it. How sad that thanks to her lawyer she has a chance to not only get away with it, but make a little money off taxpayers as a reward. Sickening! Oh by the way, I too know the girl. And I don't believe for a minute that she's innocent. You can't trash your own reputation, wait to get in trouble and then blame the police for making you look bad. Talk about pathetic.

This isn't the first case of malicious prosecuting by our vindictive D.A. She once went after a church deacon who had videotaped kids swimming in his pool on child pornography charges when she knew full well that kids in swimsuits is not pornography. She just did it to ruin him financially with legal fees. The charges were thrown out by a judge.

You are mistaken about an online law degree - he attended on-ground in a traditional law school. If anything Conrad's degree is from an ABA accredited school meaning he is eligible to practice in ANY state where he passes the bar. Many law schools do not have this accreditation. Check your facts before inserted your foot into mouth!

A woman with a plan? Hmmm. The radiating happiness about Bo Nevarez "swallowing an anonymous tip" is showing my dear. Did you really call yourself in just so you could sue?

If there was nothing to find, why she would go to such extremes to avoid finding the truth. Had the state ignored seeking to determine if she used drugs and later found out the child was endangered, everybody would be down on the state.

What about a law, that says if you visit an inmate or receive public funds...you must compley with drug testing in order to qualify for assistance? Many employers require drug testing of employees. Fail the test, loose public funds and your kids.

You suck and you're fulloshit also. Quit making this into something it's not. I Hardly think our D.A Has anything to do with dumbassbitch. Suszanna is probably MORE against drugs than you have ever been. And you speak of the decon with more than just "SWIMMING suit" pics, what about the "UP the skirt" pics amongst all the other pictures he had? How many of us have an assortment of those kinds of pics laying around?? I sureashell don't, DO YOU? I would have thrown his assinjail too.

Sad story but I still wish we were more attuned to the signs of child abuse (check out http://angelroar.com/the-many-signs-of-physic... for a huge list of signs to look for in both abusers and the abused). If we saw the signs earlier, made children understand that they MUST disclose,*and* encouraged the general public to get involved, we could save them a bunch of emotional and developmental problems on down the road in addition to stopping the generational cycle of abuse that so often results.
