The 3/2/1 is 1,170 sqft Lot 6,592 sqft (Approx value $148,000)
Our property values are down right now yet we have considered selling possibly as a package deal,(the 2 homes with the extra attached lot). We thought maybe a couple families would want to buy into living across the street from eachother, say a mother & her family across the street? Does that sound like it may be a selling feature? I even considered selling the extra lot, yet how would that affect my property value for my 2001 home? Any suggesti
