Did anyone hear about the new homes being built by the shore in Rye? I heard that they are being custom built to buyers specs and will start at only $799K.

Yes, they are off of Forest Avenue and will be large 5 bedroom colonials. I understand that they are offering financing as well. I'll see if I can find more information about them for you.
