I agree that if a driver is at fault they should be punished to the full extent of the law, however in this case, the person walked into the roadway at 2:15 am, so in the dark and he was wearing dark clothing and it was also raining that night/morning and I heard that the driver did not appear to be under the influence. Just a case of bad judgement on the pedestrians part and bad conditions. My opinion, ACCIDENTAL no charges!

Its not the drivers fault and the guy who got hit was very intoxicated, wearing all black, and very hard to see in the dark in the first place. |

The driver was not at any fault. The man was intoxicated and it was an ACCIDENT! I feel bad for the driver...and the family of both parties.
