It's not just a matter of driving experience--it is also life experience and maturation. The stats don't lie--the very young drivers are the ones most likely to get into a serious accident. The young are more likely to take unnecessary risks and to panic. And against popular concepts, males are more likely to have an accident than a female.

Even though it may seem that way the law is not ruled by industry . Instead they depend on ignorance of the law and the resultant lack of perseverance to fight back.
