The 42 yr old woman (Rosanne Allen) arrested at Mason High School and charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct of a 15 yr old boy who his family said had been molested by the woman since he was 13 is once again arrested for Aggravated Stalking of the same victim and 3 other related charges. This arrest happened after Lansing Police found the boy at her Lansing apartment and Rosanne lied to police claiming he was not there (July 4,09) With these charges pending,as well as Violation of Probation, Judge Collette released Rosanne from the remainder of her 5 yr probaton, even though she had only done a little over a yr and her Probation Officer had violated her numerous times. Does any one know how something like this can happen? Her pretrial on these new charges come up in November
