Researchers to look for Bigfoot in northern Michigan

Around the summer of1971/72 a friend of mine from Chicago and myself were riding his mini bike from Baraga to Elo. We were on section 12 rd below Bellaire Hill in the Sturgeon river valley. Something WALKED across the road about 80 yards in from of us. It was BROWN, Walking ERECT, and 7" to 8" feet tall.
My friend stopped the mini bike and asked me what had just walked across the road. I replied that I did not know what it was.
He asked "Was it a Bear?" I told him it was definetley not a bear.
He then asked if we should keep going or turn around, I told him turn around, and we went back to Baraga.
The road we were on was a gravel road that did not have much traffic, it was hot out that day.
I say this because people have asked me if I though that someone had dressed up in a costume.
I don't believe this to be the case as they would be waiting a long time in hot weather with little chance of someone coming by.

Sometime mid summer back in 1987 I recall riding my trail bike down Entry road headed south of Hwy. 41 and slowing down for what I thought was another ORV ready to pull out onto Entry Rd. When I was 75 yards away a large erect creature darted across the road and into a salvage yard on the north side. Later that day I talked to some locals and they had similar sightings as well. One old timer said he thought it was hanging out in an old log barn on the south side of entry.
I still think about the sighting often and wonder why the State would never look into this matter.

Tha last time i saw it i was on my way back from tha reservation and had pulled over to do a (perk test)..
thats when i seen it.. it was big and fully erect.. with lots of hair... i had thoughts of beating it and hog tying it, but b4 i could take a stab at it, my phone rang and it quickly disappeared as fast as it came?

I saw big foot. I was boning my girlfriend and der he was all big and furry, so I went back to boning my girlfriend but she said 'no way' cause da mosquitos were too bad.
