On CNN there is an Anderson Cooper 360 --Is Blood Spatter Evidence or Junk Science. There is a man serving time in prison in Texas on the testimony of blood spatter expert Tom Bevel. The prosecutor did not prosecute this man because he believes he is innocent. Most everyone believes he is innocent. The man's wife committed suicide and the wife's parents don't want to believe that. They hired an attorney to act as the prosecutor. The jury convicted the man on the testimony of Tom Bevel--all the other blood experts do not agree with Tom Bevel. The jury said that they convicted on the testimony of Tom Bevel.
There is a lot of this junk science and the legal community is starting to take notice.

if this case were to start over today, the unbiased would point out:

1) whose story had numerous, dramatic changes over time?(the hallmark of a LIAR)

2) whose story hasn't changed?

3) who has an alibi that can be verified?

4) who doesn't have an alibi that can be verified?

5) what does the DNA evidence and other physical evidence prove?(can camm's evidence be PROVEN that it's not transfer?)

6) what did boney tell us with his OWN WORDS?(the statement of "if anything else of mine is found there i must have killed them." or whatever he said. WHO says things like that?

unfortunately some physical evidence was lost since the dna on the shirt wasn't tested for so many years. who knows what else was lost during that time in the form of eyewitness testimony, etc. people's memories fade. maybe someone could have linked boney to the meat shop, definitively at a time when kim was there.

i find it incredibly difficult to believe that a former police officer wouldn't know that the 1st thing that would happen is that he would be tested for GSR.

just as a sidenote, i'd like to point out that it would have been crazy for camm to sign for his polygraph to be admissable in court. police officers know that the way that the questions are worded can make anyone look guilty & you are NOT allowed to explain your answers.

if it had been a routine polygraph to clear him as a suspect, that would have been a different matter.

however, the prosecution was already he!! bent on proving camm's guilt! that changes everything & just as it influenced the investigation, it would easily bias the polygraph. if you don't understand this, do some research.

finally there are many reasons for an innocent person not taking the stand in a trial. fear of character assassination is often the #1 reason (eg, the defendant's affairs aren't mentioned unless he takes the stand.) fear of how the defendant will be perceived by the jury (arrogant, unlikable, weird, etc) is another major reason. in fact, taking the stand is often seen as a move of desperation when the case seems like it's failing.

the problem here is that the evidence does not PROVE that camm did it, thus no one KNOWS that camm did it. just a whole lot of speculation here.

more speculation, but concerning boney -

1) sex offenders who steal womens' clothing & especially those who break in to do so & ESPECIALLY those who assault women to do so ARE at risk for escalating their crimes to higher levels of violence.

i'd be interested to know if he was a rapist in the area.

2) it is NOT a stretch for a criminal to "panic" & end up killing a victim who is uncooperative when he never killed previous victims.

& i'd suggest that a mother's instincts to protect her 2 children would make her likely to fight back!

leading to the inevitable killing of witnesses, children or not. someone with a history of prison is more likely to feel that he must leave no witnesses, so he won't have to go back. especially if it was the witnesses who lead to him being caught & who sent him to prison in the past.

that initial killing may not make sense to us or even to the perp once it's over, but there have been so many cases of panic with guns.

(this is the ever popular "and then the gun went off" syndrome)

this is all assuming that this wasn't planned. only boney knows what's REALLY the truth & i GUARANTEE he has yet to disclose the truth to authorities.

David Camm is still in prison serving time for his crimes. I don't think that's new, but it's still fun to say.

IXSatanXI is obviously 9 Satan 11; that would seem you have a fixation or an affinity with the atrocity which occurred on September 11, 2001. Could you please shed some light on your username?

Yes dumbass, I will. Maybe my name is Molik Ahmad Damaskis (people call me MAD). Maybe my birthday is September 11. Maybe I've been banned so many times it's difficult to come up with new names. Maybe I am 9' 11" tall. Maybe on a scale of 1 - 10 I am somewhere between a 9 and an 11. Idiot

Oh contraire, that would explain blood blotting, not spatter. It doesn't explain brass shavings. It doesn't explain microscopic brain matter.

Keep lying to yourself. It doesn't change the facts. Davie's problem is that he didn't have enough on him to say it was from cradling his dead/dying family or trying to save them.

The Indiana Supreme Court refused to hear Henderson's appeal of the Appellate Court's decision to remove him from the case and as such, he no longer can have any involvement in the case.

Where did you go? I thought we were discussing the case. About that gsr... does that just linger in the air until someone walks through it? That's rhetorical of course.

Stay focused, this forum is about David Camm, not an innocent person.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Sagittarius

You're feeling ultra optimistic today, which is great for summoning up the necessary energy to do what has to be done. But don't let it go to your head and convince you that you're capable of performing miracles. If you aren't behaving in this way you'll have to cope with someone who has a swollen head and thinks they're the cat's whiskers.
