The Lawsuit against members of the Pentecostal Church in Bokchito.

Yesterday a sheriff's car was dropping off legal papers in Bokchito to members of the Pentecostal church suing them for the title of the building. This lawsuit was filed by the current pastor, and the few people still attending services there.
My questions are...
1. What good does this serve? It does not make sense to me that a new pastor in a small town where everyone knows everyone else, would sue members of the church. What does he have to gain? Will this increase attendance? Quite frankly, all churches do need attendance, and also the tithes of the attendees to survive. If you turn off the people of that town you will never see the pews filled. And like I stated before, this is a small town, where everyone either knows, or more often than not, is related to everyone else. An empty church becomes just empty real estate, is that the intent of trying to gain the title?
2. Who is paying for this suit? The church attendance is down, meaning the tithes are problably also decreased, and the new pastor does not appear to be a rich man, so who is paying the legal fees, and what is their agenda? Are they members of this church? If not, what is their interest in splitting this church more, and emptying the building? Real Property? What happens to an empty church? A Sale?
Whatever the agenda, this is bad behavior, to pit church members against church members, and not at all bibical.

1Co 6:1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
1Co 6:2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
1Co 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
1Co 6:4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
1Co 6:5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
1Co 6:6 But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.
1Co 6:7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?
1Co 6:8 Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.

ONE OF THE LADIES BEING SUED IS THE ONE WHO BOUGHT THE PROPERTY AND GIVE IT FOR A CHURCH TO BE FOR THE PEOPLE OF BOKCHITO!!!

THE AGEES, I BELIEVE THE YOUNGEST IS 28, ONE IS 66, 68, TWO IN THEIR 70'S , ONE IN HIS 80'S, TWO IN THIER 50'S, OF THOSE BEING SUED1

THE PEOPLE THIS HAPPENED TO CAN'T BELIEVE IT EITHER!

I HEARD SOMEONE OUT OF STATE IS PAYING FOR THE LAWSUIT. THOSE BEING SUED HAVE TO COME UP WITH MONEY FOR A LAWER.

THE DEED BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE OF THE CHURCH AND
HOW THE PASTOR THINKS HE CHOULD GET IT I DON'T UNDERSTAND!

PLEASE PRAY FOR THESE PEOPLE THAT GOD WILL INTERVNE AND PUT A STOP TO THIS. THESE PEOPLE ARE ELDERLY, ON FIXED INCOMES, WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS.

Shame on the "pastor" and "HER" husband for trying to steal the church away from the people in Bokchito,ok.It blows me away to see someone going under the name of GOD for personal gain.I say go back home where you came from and try stealing that church!!!!!!I DONT THINK SO.
SHAME ON YOU.YOU BETTER PRAY FOR FORGIVENESS FOR WHAT YOU PUT THOSE PEOPLE THROUGH!

THE PASTOR HAS TURNED THE KEYS IN AND VACATED
THE PREMISES.

THE PEOPLE WHICH WERE BEING SUED HAVE THIER CHURCH BACK!

GOD ANSWERS PRAYER!!!

NOW NEEDS TO BE A TIME OF HEALING, FORGIVENESS AND MOVING AHEAD. PRAYING GOD BRINGS A PASTOR WHO IS A "TRUE SHEPPARD".

What in the name of Jesus does that so called preacher mean in suing the members for the church
deed? No true man of God would think about doing something like that, unless it is for his own gain. I'm sure the towns people are wondering and really upset about this. A minister is suppost to help build up the church -not- destroy it. Thank God the devil didn't win. God says in his
word the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church. Everyone needs to pray for the Lord
to give that church a REAL true man of God for a
shepherd, restoration and a holy ghost revival. The
word says that God will restore what the canker worm has destroyed. God is still in control.

Thank God The Devils on the run,they Turned the Keys in and are GONE its sad when a Holy Ghost filled person that has been in church for years
Cannot descern the spirit of lying,deceiving and stood on the devils side during the battle that those people and church just went through.Who's side are you on anyway??? If they are not for you they must be againts you.so my question is: are you going to continue to pull against that church?if so why not just move on.

It's came to me that that pastor was ask to go by
the distict supt.,and the lawsuit was dismissed. We are praying that the church can be restored and the members will realize that God was on their side. If God be for us WHO can be against us THE WORD says this. I want to say I am happy for that church. God is still in the Miracle business. CHURCH keep fighting the good fight of faith. Truth and right always wins.
