WHAT!? The condos are a great idea! It means more people down at the waterfront, thus better security and more traffic around the clock.

It's a terrible idea. That's right in the park. They will be tearing up mature trees and taking up green space with concrete space. If the development were to occur further down where it isn't developed, then I would understand about really developing. It will add a structure that has none and extend the attractiveness of the park. They want to develop an area that is already developed. It's a dumb idea because the City of Thunder Bay won't even make money off of this endevour.
