Religious bigotry is alive and well in this country and merely one more example of why we are falling behind Asia and a good part of the rest of the modern world which does not concern itself with the stupidity which consumes so many Americans.

Religion-what a joke. Tell me, Christians, why should I worship a god who allowed his own son, so you say, to die for his original sin, that is, god's creation of an inherently evil mankind?

Well, what about it, Christians?

Is your god not a coward, afraid to accept his own punishment?

Well?

I'm not even going to get started on the Muslims, or anyone else for that matter.

Suffice it so say that your filthy god can kiss my @&# on his way to &@$% and so can every religious bigot on his way there as well.

What happened to freedom of speech. They don't have to look at it if they don't like it. Nobody gets threatened over the God posters.

The United States of America was founded on a Christian Doctrine....founded by Christian people, who, in our constitution, provided freedom and liberty, and the pursuit of happieness. It took a terrible Civil War, fought by Christian leaders on both sides of the conflict, to bring our constitution to maturity, and another 100 years to finally start the process to remove racial shortcomings in our country. Once all of you liberals, socialists and communists began interfering with the basic American way of life, our country began to crumble to the mess it is in today. We need to bring back prayer in our schools, the Pledge of Allegiance to our great flag, and restore standards and respect for our country. We now have leadership that is doing it's best to bring socialism to this country as a way of life. Those of us living as Christians have "turned the other cheek" just about long enough. I continue to pray for the person, black or white, male or female, who has the spine and qualities needed to take the reins and deal with the vermin destroying our country. Promoting "no religon", "no God", is a small groups opinion. Keep it to yourself, and if you don't like it, get out of my country!

These so-called Christians in Cincinnati are on the same level as the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Is their faith so fragile that a simple billboard threatens them??

America was NOT founded on a christian doctrine...please turn off pat robertson long enough to actually study history. Almost all of the founding fathers were either vocal deists, or as most scholars suspect (btw, scholar means someone of learning something most religious nuts don't understand), were quiet atheists. Jefferson and Paine wrote plenty to indicate that they thought religion was a crutch for weak-minded people, if not worse. They intentionally put wording in the constitution to make sure that the state did not support ANY (please read that again -- ANY) religions, so that all people could worship (OR NOT) as they saw fit. So please stop saying that...it's not true, in fact it's a right-wing lie that people who want to believe eagerly absorb without taking the time to investigate its veracity or likelihood or truthfulness...of course, I may have just given the definition of religion just then as well

I'm skeptical that “threats” have been made--but no more skeptical than those who want proof of God's existence. It sounds like a clever way to promote the billboards.

Have you ever met a Religiot who could reason? I haven't. The thing that intrigues me is why natural selection has not weeded out mindless "believers" because, in fact, this type of individual evidences the worst judgement and is thus more subject to accident, injury and all the other maladies accompanying life (too varied to list). The course of evolution is slow, but honestly these people, these Religiots, over the coming eons will probably disappear. The mindlessness, and illogic, of adherents of "religion" is just off the charts. Personally, I stay away from them...it's painful to even hear them babble on and on mindlessly about what is invariably some superstitious, illogical nonsense.

One of the things I may do when I retire is get an online divinity degree and start my own church. It will be the first honestly named church in history: The Church of the Almighty Dollar. I will preach what I want to and demand money from my flock. The more you give, the better the place you get in Heaven. I guarantee it.

You're living proof that "natural selection" doesn't happen. Otherwise, your kind would have vanished long ago. If you are an example of the "survival of the fittest" we are all in trouble.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Gemini

Grit your teeth as Mars turns retrograde, as things annoyingly don't go to plan. Certain people are going out of their way to be difficult. Is an older relative throwing the proverbial weight around and telling you what to do? The greater the gap between your ages or social status, the more irritated you'll be.
