This is a said story but I think peps take it out of control. These kids where young and dumb just like most of us. the thing is that should they face a law that wasnt in effect till after the crime was commented? hell no!!! that is not right. that falls under the Grandfather time law. that means if you have a classic car or gun that was purcessed before a law was passed. so lets say electrcail cars come the future and they banned gas cars that means that you have to get a new car. BS I think they could of got a lot of fines and 2-5 years in jail just off of grae robbery and distrbing the peace ect.
