I absolutely love the Charleston-style cottage homes that were the initial homes built in Edgewater.
I don't know about the location being so isolated from everything.
My question is ... Craft Builders/developers built those homes, could I have a contact number/email address/website to see if I could buy the plans and have either them or another builder build one of these style homes on a lot that I buy which would put me closer to my job?

I think this is a terrible community. They clear cut acres of cut beautiful trees for the subdivision. I guess so they could put the houses two fee apart. They did not even want to leave trees for a park. Think twice before buying there. Unless you can buy a home for 50% discount.

You should review the lot plan with the county to see what the long tem plan is. And review the provision for changes as ownership changes or bankruptcy takes hold.

And to think it could have been nice. But arrogant developers messed it up.

Ben, you live in Rock Hill. Anything is a step up. I wouldn't bash Edgewater.
