How long before the walls are covered with graffiti and the ground is covered with animal feces? No matter how much you polish a turd, it is still a turd.

oyeah!!!!!!!! More homes for the people from Philly, New York, and New Jersey to move into to trash and sell drugs from. It would be nice for a change to have background checks done on tenants. And since these are new apartments/homes, to make them available FIRST to the people that have LIVED in Lebanon County longer than a week. One more stipulation should be, the adults that live in these homes have full-time stable employment. I give it 3 months, if that, until the homes are trashed, 7th st becomes totally impassible because of all the "trash" (people) that will spill into the streets. I can almost guarantee there will be some type of gun/drug activity surrounding this place.
I have come from "low-income" myself, but I have never lived in low income housing-- I just cut out somethings that my family could do without until we were back on our feet again. Just look at all the low income housing units in Lebanon- they all have a bad reputation. They all started out nice looking with the best intentions. When is Lebanon going to learn that giving these people "nice" things isn't the answer??? Hopefully someone with half a brain screens these tenants.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Pisces

Are you feeling fraught? It certainly seems that way, perhaps because you've got far too much on your plate and not nearly enough time to tackle it all. Do yourself a big favor and start with whatever is most urgent, otherwise you'll waste time by dithering or getting caught up in trivial tasks. Above all, don't get into a panic because that will squander valuable time and energy.
