Two plead guilty in drunken-driver ID theft

Two Lancaster men have pleaded guilty in connection with a scheme to steal drunken drivers' identities in York and Lancaster counties, U.S. Attorney Dennis C. Pfannenschmidt's office announced Thursday.

Like I have been told a thousand times over, It doesn't you can't afford it! believe me that sign on the side of the road for DUI! is true about 7,000 dollars in fines and program costs and now this!
