I recently moved into Richmond Square because I liked the idea of having restaurants so close. Also, it is nice to have Giant within walking distance. Parking gets a little tight at times... management does not plan on assigning spaces but I have to think that if any more stores open, they will have to assign spaces to keep their tenants happy. You can hear your neighbors if they are overly loud- but my neighbors are respectful so it has not been a problem for me, yet anyway. I recommend these apartments- they are managed by Oak Tree which is apparently in Lancaster City. I have not seen or met anyone from Oak Tree but they have been helpful getting my maintenence requests taken care of in a timely fashon.
